Very professional
They closed my accounts because my girlfriend from Switzerland was trying to deposit money into my account in my name but they refused to accept the money simply because her name was not on the account!! Duhhh! IT'S MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT AND SHE CAN'T SEND ME MONEY FROM HER ACCOUNT TO MINE?? Mixed up AHOLES!!!!

Tried to get a loan from my credit union. I tried speaking to one of the loan officers. She called once I tried calling the back she's never return or reached out to me anymore. That's why I gave y'all 3stars and I am thinking about closing my account with Harris County Credit Union. Because the loan officer did not try to call me back anymore except that one time I called her numerals of time I talk to other people they said had to talk to her and she refused to even get in contact with me.

Convenient app for checking balance and making quick transfers. I personally just wish they would update the app to allow for the user name to be saved/remembered and/or allow fingerprint login. I have no issue with verifying the security question afterwards.
